Paint colour for to complement dark blue / tranquil dawn

We are half way through our renovation and have currently painted our large square hallway with Laura Ashley dusky seaspray (similar to stiffkey blue) and the living room with Dulux tranquil dawn. Our dining room is eventually going to have a wall knocked through to create a kitchen diner but this could be a couple of years away so I’d like to give it a quick makeover until then. The walls have been stripped of paper, it’s north facing but on a hill with distant sea views so quite light. Any suggestions of colours? Ideally dulux or something cheap as don’t want to spend a fortune when it is temporary. Thanks everyone!

Très exciting! I've just bought Tranquil Dawn and am about to paint my bedroom. Does it look good?

Colours I'm planning on using to compliment my walls are: sea greens, blues, pinks, white, grey.

You can see complimentary colours here.

The hallway still has lots to do after painting and the living room needs a mirror and other finishing touches, but we’re really happy with the colours. The Laura Ashley paint was a bit of a nightmare to apply. Using a brush created a totally different colour to using a roller. We’ve used LA paint before and had no problems. Still very sad that they are in administration though! We might look at a pale blue/grey then to complement the sea view.

They both uploaded and look lovely OP! The room with the Tranquil Dawn needs some colour. Pastel blues, a pop of yellow, pastel pink for example and it will really bring out the colours. Coral is making a come back this year (I've been redecorating so have been researching, don't worry) which may be nice. I also think mint green would be lovely as well.

Navy blue looks great with brass accessories. You can go one of two ways with that. Most people accessorise with white. But, you could go lush green which would also look nice. Jungle is a big theme so big plants, dark, rich greens and dark wood like mango. It depends how brave you feel.
