Roman Blinds - white plastic or metal cords?!

Hi all,

Getting these made to measure.

Company say white plastic blends with upvc well, I think perhaps metal looks smarter though, but can see their point!

We have choice of white plastic, chrome or antique brass
Windows are square leaded, bay, with brass handles - fabric and beige/neutral textured fabric

What do you think? Anyone got pics of theirs? Thanks!

I think antique brass would blend best with neutral fabric and tie in with the brass window handles. Chrome would jar imo and white plastic looks a bit cheap to me (says she with white plastic cords on her roller blinds!!)
