Colour help

Hello,
We have decided to paint our north/east living room with dulux tranquil dawn. This rooms opens to a nice bright dining room and we are yet to decide what colour to choose for it.
We are not too sure about using the same as the living room and would be happy to paint one wall (the one you would see whilst sitting in the living room sofa with doors open) on a brighter colour and the rest on a lighter cream colour. Furniture will be mainly oak and the room has light wooden laminate on the floor. Any ideas? We are so lost with colour combinations! Thanks

Thank you sorryiasked!! I will have a look at the site! I’m not sure my DH would like pink, but as I am not colour confident at all, any suggestions of colours that would help embrace the brightness of the room? Thanks :)
