Looking for picture to be made

Hello all
When my first daughter was born we got this picture made it was her name and birth time and weight we put the photos in at a later date, it was at a stall in central in Croydon years later I have not had a second child and would like a matching one but the website on the back no longer works and I have been unable to find one online can anyone help me to find one?

Try Etsy. There will be lots of personalised boards on there. Pick someone whose style you like / is similar and get in touch. I've found that sellers are usually very open to collaboration and one off bespoke orders: they are crafters and generally love making new stuff.
