What is this lock

I've posted this already. But seen as I now found the home section which I couldn't for the life of me find before so I'll post here too

Can I find this lock in stainless steel/chrome. What is it called? These are what is on my store room doors

I can't find any traditional ones like that but when I searched for "store cupboard thumb latch" these more modern ones came up which is the same mechanism so maybe if you carry on searching you could find some more traditional ones?
