Help me with wall colour choice - cool/warm transition or not?

We moved house last year and we're refurbishing the new place room by room. So far we've done the bedrooms, hall, stairs and landing all in the same cool silvery shade of white - Dulux Trade Chffon White 3 (see here).

Now we need to do our lounge and I'm wondering whether to stick to the same colour for consistency or choose something a little warmer. We'll be replacing the sofa soon, so that's not a constraint, but the room has a dark wood-effect piano and some large driftwood-framed mirrors, which may not go well with the cool shade.

I read on here a while ago that Dulux Timeless goes with warm and cool colours, but I've got a match pot and it looks very creamy. When the door is open, both colours will be visible in close proximity, and I'm not sure the sudden transition from cool to warm will be attractive. (See picture).

Can anyone with a better eye for these things help me out with some advice?

I like it, as I feel a sitting room plus feel cosy and warm colours help with that, but it's such a personal decision.

Have a look at Dulux Subtle Ivory 4. I think it’s a bit warmer than Chiffon 3.

Hmm... I am thinking about this too in an open plan dining / living room. Personally I'm not too keen on mixing warm and cool undertones and am generally sticking with warm undertones throughout but that's just to make it easier and use less colours of paint throughout really.
