... but I will be doing so in the near future for my dad. He used to do everything himself but is no longer able to.
He wants walls papering and he thinks a decorator would be able to visit him at home and show him pattern books etc and purchase paper on his behalf. Will they do this? I had presumed you would choose and buy paper yourself. It would be much easier if he can choose at home rather than needing to visit a shop himself or me trying to show him things on the internet.
Also would decorators remove and replace radiators/curtain rails/hand rails/etc to decorate properly behind them?
