Ikea Hemnes Bed

Hi, Has anyone bought the Ikea Hemnes standard double bed and managed to bring it home themselves rather than have it delivered?

I'm loath to pay £39 for delivery so hoping to do it ourselves. We have a VW golf with a lot of boot/back space.

I'm not sure, but it tells you the dimensions of the packages on their website. I think it's this one ... (the longest length is 206 cm)
