Do you have skirting boards in your bathroom?

It was completely titled and all lovely matchy matchy. Tenants have broken the tiles so now it has a bit of Lino over it which I want to replace with nice Lino but just thinking when I get that fitted would skirting boards be necessary to make it look finished ?

I have vinyl tiles on the floor and tiles on the wall. There is a thin line of sealant between walls and floor
