Dining chair reupholster

Any suggestions on how to find someone to reupholster our dining chairs?
We're in the Herts/Cambs area but any general tips on finding a good value solution would great. I'm finding National companies online but no idea if they are any good.

Word of mouth is best imo. We got great fabric from modelling fabrics (google them) which cost a lot less than our upholsterer was charging for similar. Thrilled with results and think they cost around£35 per chair labour.
