Mixed metals in bathroom (nickel taps)

Hi - we are doing a bathroom refurb and I've chosen some lovely taps that are in brushed nickel - see link to the basin ones www.castironbath.co.uk/z-3hbm-w-xt-bn.html I've got this for bath and a shower set too. I think I can match the metal in things like the basin trap and bath drain but it is proving trickier to find an affordable shower enclosure and towel rail in brushed nickel. Will it look odd to have a shower enclosure in chrome? I guess I could go for a frameless one with minimal metal on, so it's not too jarring. I have found some in nickel but they are pricey and on a long lead time (which we don't really have).

And because I'm so indecisive, I wonder if conversely it might be to "matchy" to try to get everything in brushed nickel and whether I should just treat the taps as a feature on their own. If I don't go for matchiness, what should I do about the radiator? Get white instead of chrome perhaps?

Any thoughts much appreciated - thanks!

If you can find brushed stainless steel items then that is a pretty good match for brushed nickel, close enough that it won’t look odd.

For example JIS do brushed stainless steel towel rails that aren’t too pricey. (you do have to pay a little extra for brushed tho).

If you need to mix then yes I would pick white or black rather than chrome. We have one bit of chrome in an otherwise brushed nickel/steel bathroom and I notice it every time (might just be me!)

Yeah, I think brushed nickel and chrome would jar. Stainless steel would be a better match. Love those taps , btw, but the price !
