We are in a rental appartment. We have cobbled together a kitchen (not fitted) which include a long shelf above the main worktop surface. I would like to add some downlights. However, I want to avoid cables trailing across the shelf and down the wall to the nearest plug. I have been browsing online for solutions and have come across rechargeable LED strip lights. They attach to the surface by means of stick-on magnets. They are charged via USB. They have on-off-motion sensor options. They look ideal - but I wondered if anyone had tried these in a kitchen? Will I get fed up having to recharge the; every few days?
Cheers
