Just seen this in a home magazine at the dentist - really love it, but does anyone know what it's called so I can try and hunt one down?

The blunder is known beyond the confines of Mumsnet. Too many posters here believe that is the actual name.

That is a highboy (chest-on-chest). A tallboy is a chest of drawers with a cupboard or wardrobe on top.
