Hi I have no idea of fashion and have always had net curtains on my living room window due to being close to the a green and path that loads of kids play on. Anyway mine are now falling to bits so looking for more but can't seem to find many are they now our of fashion and if so what do people use to stop people staring in at them? I can't afford blinds (plus the cats broke my kitchen one by trying to get through the slats.). My living room is quite dark most of the day as it has a massive oak tree outside.

dunelm has one here that is for privacy but looks a little more modern than net

You can get plain or patterned nets from Dunelm or online. I think I got mine from Amazon actually. Cheap but do the job of privacy.

I have proper curtains as well because at night people can see straight into our living room so have the nets on one of those little wire things.

Yeah same here. This is what I have, it cones in lots of lengths. www.dunelm.com/product/plain-leaded-net-curtain-fabric-1000015779?craftsSize=D+160cm+%2863%26quot%3B%29

Not sure what went wrong with the link!
Anyway it's "plain leaded net curtain fabric" and cheap as chips.

Thank you will get some of that. I wish I could just have bare windows but I would have kids looking in all day trying to get my lot to come out.
