I feel I need to tell everyone about my disastrous experience with Harveys Furniture. This is the worst of the main furniture retailers and my advice is to stay away. The tactics used to sell products is misleading on price promises, making it difficult to claim discounts.
Delivery staff really don’t care and when I took delivery of a sofa recently, my wooden floor was damaged but as the delivery men just said it wasn’t them, Harveys refused to pay to repair the floor, costing me over £300. This is just not right and I have heard of similar cases with Harveys.
