House had a makeover in the summer so I gave all the old dated pictures away to charity shop. I have been looking ever since for black and white themed pictures with no luck.

Fy. They often have 20% off and come quickly. You can choose inclusive frame or infrared. I have many of their prints and they’re all lovely.

I know a bit late but art is and can be really special. Have you thought about visiting local studios or even some of the self representing artists online. Yes they are generally a bit more expensive but I have collected a few bits slowly over the years I truly love. I can see me loving them for a very long time to come. Just a thought to add in to the mix. Otherwise came on here to say fy.

I'm changing the lounge next year. At the moment I've got three black and white beach/sand prints that I bought ten years ago in ikea Blush but they are nice, what I plan to do is take photos of areas near me, I've never owned a good camera so god knows how this will turn out, but my thinking is that if I'm spending the money to renovate the lounge I'll want something to look at that might garner some nice comments- oh is that so and so place- kinda thing. What about that?

MaJoady · 26/11/2019 23:12

@BluebellsareBlue if you're not confident taking good pictures / the don't turn out how you hoped, take a look at Etsy. Just search for place name and photograph. Loads of decent photographers put their photos on there for very reasonable prices, which you can then frame. Might not work with a very popular / touristy place though

@MaJoady thank you for the tip!! Sorry I've just seen it now
