Where do you put the telly in the kitchen-diner?

We are just coming to the end of the world’s most by-the-numbers kitchen extension: bifold doors, island, everything you’ve seen on a zillion estate agents’ pictures.

On the RHS is a galley kitchen. In the middle is an island used for prep. On the LHS is a dining table, books shelves etc. The question is: where do we put the TV?

Because yes, we do want a TV. DH and I spend a lot of time cooking and baking and we like to watch something interesting/entertaining while we do it. This is not (contrary to some Mumnetters’ views) a moral failing.
But the kitchen will also be a convenient place for people who want to watch something on TV while the living room has been bagsied, so we’ll want to have a TV visible both from the cooking area and the sitting area.

Would it be completely mad to have two TVs? Does anyone have a similar layout that works well?
