Inspiration needed - how to hide an ugly fuse box?

Does anyone have any ideas how I could hide a (secondary) fuse box on a budget - moving would be best but not in the current budget

It is on the wall opposite the front door and is big enough that is covers the wood framing round the door next to it

I keep toying with the idea of some kind of mini cupboard to hide it but this would then be over the wood framing and I think look very awkward

Has anyone got any other suggestions or dealt with something similar ?

Box it in and then add some coat hooks so it becomes coat storage.

That's the kind of idea I am thinking about but am unsure about how it will look as it will cover the top corner of the door architrave - there is a tiny space between the fuse box and the wall and it would look odd (and provide a spider hide hole) if I didn't take it all the way to the door ...
