Best box room desk?

Just moved house and DS, 11, has got the box room. We've got him a mid-sleeper with a chest of drawers and a cube unit underneath, see attached. This leaves very little space, especially with the step sticking out, but I really want to get him a desk (toys can go in his younger sister's room). It has to be very shallow so he can still get off the bed comfortably and pass the desk. I've spent ages searching for the shallowest desk I can find, and I think this one from Ikea is the best: www.ikea.com/gb/en/p/svalnaes-wall-mounted-storage-combination-bamboo-s29221765/ at only 35 cm! But even better if we could have folded the desk bit out the way when not in use. I do like the shelves and don't want just a foldaway desk piece without shelves. Anyone seen anything that fits the bill better, please?

How about one of the desks that attach to a wall and can be folded up when not in use?

I bought a small desk from Ikea for my conservatory and it's very small but extremely practical as there are 2 shelves under.

Yes, a foldaway desk would be brilliant, but want one with some shelves incorporated too, so he can leave his school books on there. Just can't find anything like it, maybe an ikea hack is the way to go.
