Looking for a bedroom colour. Previously cream (period colour) now want to change to something that isn’t yellow based. Bright room south facing.
So far I have tried
Dulux timeless - too similar
Dulux muffin - too pink
Dulux polished pebble - ok but can’t think of carpet colours!
Crown - white glove - too white
Crown - English manor - too blue/cold
Crown - chalky white & clay white - too blue
Colour courage - beach pebble - Dark!!
Good home - Hamptons - too dark (grey)
Dulux - goose down - too dark!!
Grey putty - awful
Nearly bankrupt on tester pots. Fed up. A friend mentioned Laura Ashley pale dove grey? Anyone have this?
I have cloud burst by crown in my living room, I like that!!
I’m not going down FB route but a period colour would be good. It’s a victorian house.
Any suggestions? I have a B&Q or an independent diy shop nearby and that’s it!

What about a pale sage type colour?

If you like Goose Down but it's too dark then look at Dulux Grey Steele 4. It's a very pale blueish grey.
