Is they such a thing ?
I need to paint our bedroom . We can’t decide what to go for as dh and I have opposing taste !
So in the mean time I thought I’d clean up what we have .
We have white bedroom furniture and silver grey curtains . I was just going to do a clean white but think a bit of colour would look good . Then once we have decided painting over the pale grey walls will be an easy job ( this could take a year as my dh is not known for speedy decisions!)
We generally get half way sorting out room and give up so it’s a real hotch potch at the moment .

Fluid polished pebble or pebble
Shore sound like what your talking about.

honeybunlatte · 22/10/2019 10:41

Sorry that should say Dulux not fluid. Damn autocorrect!

Dulux Portland, neutral and not too grey if you know what I mean.

Polished pebble is nice but not warm, it’s a blue grey - we have it
In our bedroom we have perfectly taupe and it’s like a warm grey - it’s lovely

Have had polished pebble and pebble shore on landing/bedrooms. Both are a nice neutral grey in the light in our rooms.
Homebase own colour dove grey is a darker but lovely shade as well.
Definitely try some testers as the greys can show up a bit blue or a bit lilac depending on the light in the room

Crown - Cloud Burst. We’ve had it in a couple of houses now and people are always asking what it is!

Pinkpeanut27 · 22/10/2019 15:22

I’ve got polished pebble it looks light green to me ! But hey ho that is dhs chosen colour.
Can’t get crown locally and don’t have time to go further a field at the moment as I want to get it done before half term !

Thanks

We had Little Greene's French Grey in last house throughout hall, stairs and landing, was lovely and soft.

If white is still on the table, I love Timeless by Dulux.

I’m a big fan of colour and that looks lovely just got to persuade dh ! Currently just painting it all plain white !
