We are getting a new kitchen floor and I would appreciate peoples opinion on whether to get tiles or lino. There will be a lot of traffic and I'm worried that lino might not wear well. But everyone says that lino is so much better now than it was years ago

How about LVT (luxury Vinyl Tiles) such as Amtico? Not as cold as real tiles and have a 25 year guarantee.

We’ve put Amtico signature through kitchen and conservatory. Easy to keep clean and warm underfoot. Loads of different designs and were very pleased with it.

Another vote for Amtico tiles - have them in the kitchen. Cleans up well and wearing very well

I've recently had Moduleo and am thrilled with it, beautiful and hard wearing with lots of design options

We had Coretec flooring out throughout the downstairs and love it. Similar to Amtico/Karndean but slightly cheaper. 2 years on it still looks brand new.

Have you considered more eco options like rubber or cork tiles ? We've used both and they are lovely and warm underfoot
