What’s the best type of roller to use on the walls? Ours don’t seem to be covering very well at all and are uneven so we’re having a slight disaster at the moment.

Think it Harris ones we normally use. Could be the paint too. What are you using?

I really like Harris trade jumbo mini rollers. They are blue and I buy them from screwfix. I am hopeless with rollers and can never get a good finish but somehow with the Harris ones it always looks good.

We’re using Dulux EasyCare paint and it’s been fine on our smaller roller which funnily enough was a Poundland special! Not sure what the big rollers are but they’re useless.

Dulux easycare is a pita to paint with I think. We ended up watering it down just so it would go on ok. Even then I hate the finish which is still patchy. We did the bloody hall in it so it's a big and awkward space but will have to be redone.

Sorry!

Missbatenburg our paint actually seemed ok in the end, although ends of the tins were horrendous! In the end we bought some Harris rollers and found it went on 10x easier and covered much better Smile phew

God news. You did better than us. I whinge about the hallway almost every day Grin

Harris rollers are the best. Screwfix do a good deal on a box of rollers, mini rollers, trays and extension pole for about £20
