Awkward inside window- needs curtain?

What would you do with this?

It's a glass wall, essentially, from a bedroom into a hallway. There's no sensible way that I can see to put the curtain on the outside, and I imagine it would become a trip hazard by the stairs anyway! So needs to be inside the room.

Where should I look to get something suitable?

That's an interesting layout.

I think I'd actually go for frosted glass rather than a blind or curtain.

Yes, frost the glass. Or put the curtain on the non stair side of the window

It's a weird layout! I thought about frosting the glass but that wouldn't really block the hallway light from the bedroom in the evenings (am planning to have DC sleep up there). I think the curtain on the inside of the room is the right decision. Any thoughts on how closely I can get it to fit to the wall?

Custom roller blind on stair side. Get one in a cassette so it is flush and cannot interfere with stairs. Also get it on a motor so no blind cords to trip up. I would have controls in bedroom. Wouldn't want someone on the landing controlling the privacy!!!

Is the bedroom the room at the bottom of the stairs or the open plan space at the top. Whats the window like from the other side that makes it difficult to put curtains on the other side? You can always put the curtain rail on the ceiling.
