What colour walls with Navy and Copper/orange living room?

I'm stumped.

I'm in the middle of choosing new sofa, refurbing a couple of chairs, new rug, new lampshade to do my living room. I moved in 3 years ago and it's a bland grubby blascape. We've got a few items to work around and have decided on a mid-navy blue and bronze/copper/orange tone scheme. Some of our furniture is vaguely midcentury.

We'll probably have plainish textiles on the sofa/chairs and more vibrant cushions, not sure about rug and curtains yet but could be plain or could be more statement.

I have no idea what wall colour to put with these!

The room is fairly big (5m x 3m?), has full width patio doors at one end, and gets afternoon sun.

We use the room more for afternoons and evenings rather than early mornings when it's all a bit grey.

Walls - cream? putty/stone? light blue feels wrong, is it? mid blue? navy blue? copper?!

I have a navy blue, rust & cream colour scheme. Done last year and we love it - warm navy sofa with cream & rust cushions, matching rust curtains. Spent a long time planning the colour matches! One wall is rust www.littlegreene.com/heat (or the trade mix to match!) Looks fab as the sun hits it and by lamplight. Chose the closest fabric colour to match it I could for curtains & cushions. Other walls are proper cream Dulux "Cream Tea" www.dulux.co.uk/en/colour-details/cream-tea (with absolutely no hint of magnolia pink!)

Highlight satin wood for fireplace on rust wall is also Cream Tea, as pure white is too cold, but have pure white for doors against the Cream Tea walls.

I'm racking my brains to think of the fabric name - we had the same one in navy to cover sofa & in rust for curtains - nice texture match even if colours contrast...

Pale oatmeal carpet, still trying to find the appropriate rug!

I've got a navy sofa with Morris Blue (from homebase) on the walls. A bit of yellow on curtains/cushions.
