Need some advice!
In our previous house I painted the bathroom walls with initially Dulux bathroom paint but it got streaks of water on it from the shower. Repainted in Velspar bathroom paint and the same happened!
In new house in the main bathroom I used standard non bathroom Velspar paint which has worked ace and no streaks of water condensation. Great!
Recently I painted the en-suite I used Craig and Rose chalk paint on the ceiling and Velspar trade paint with primer on the walls. The water vapour from the shower dropped down the sloped part of the ceiling then eventually on the walls 😭😭😭😭 I’m so gutted!
Before I painted it there were no streaks and the walls didn’t look like bathroom paint as they were a more chalky finish rather than the satin sheen of bathroom paint.
Just not sure what to do!
What paint make/ type have you all used in your bathrooms with a shower?
We have an extractor fan which is rubbish and hubby won't have the window open in there!
