What colour would you paint this bathroom?

Dark grey tiles, darker grey surfaces, cream coloured units. I always go for some sort of blue, our entire house seems like it's all a shade of blue. Lots of walls, reasonable size window so plenty of light. It has this blind with sort of orangey tones, DOI want orangey walls to match? Or just boring old cream with orangey towels maybe?
I'm not very good at all this

If your feeling brave you could go for a burnt orange
Farrow and ball do one called charlottes locks although I did see someone by a really nice Valspar on the others day
Alternatively do you need to keep the blind therefore you could consider other colour options

You're Blush

I'd choose a colour I like and ditch the blind or find a blind/fabric I really liked and take a colour from that for the walls.

I agree about getting a different blind
I like nice light colours in the bathroom
And then u can paint the walla any colour u like instead of being limited
If u like blue just stick with it
Personally I'm not a fan of blue I always think it's kind of cold in a bathroom setting
If u are keeping the blind I would keep the walls white and just accessories with orangy pink colours to match

Blue and orange go well together though, if you get the right blue you could keep the blind

Sorry the pic is not a bathroom, but the colours would work!

I'd put grass green with that. In fact the very green that's visible through the window underneath it! Many greens in that splodge but grass is there.

Examples.

Go on to Pinterest and put in orange bathroom - some great ideas on there

You have a black counter top so you have to work with that. There’s a lot of orange that will not work with black, as it looks too Halloween. Burnt orange is better with black than bright orange.

CarolineKate · 06/09/2019 09:11

I would keep cream walls and have fun with decor - hanging pictures. Towels etc.

Preggosaurus9 · 06/09/2019 09:16

Don't paint it! Use blind and towels etc to add colour. Go brighter and bolder than you think sensible! Also add some random decorative items to make it feel more cosy. Again bigger and more bonkers is better.

We used a Valspar orange/red and it was horrible paint to work with

A light grey would work well with range black and tiles, the white features would make the lines look clean but be careful, light grey =clean spacious and modern, too dark= look small and stuffy making it seem smaller than It is (I’ve just done mine)
