Window cloakroom- what colour paint?

We have a windowless downstairs loo. It's quite big with just a toilet, sink, cabinet and radiator, all white. The floor is light grey. It's a new build house so the walls are just white and I can't decide which colour to paint them. At the moment its too bright and white in there. I tried borrowed light from F&B bu it looks quite grey and dull in there. Tried a taupe from dulux (soft truffle) but it's too brown. I'm wondering about going for a dark colour but is this a terrible idea in a windowless room? Help I don't really know what I want... The rest if the house is neutral colours like almond white, conrtnforth white, although I thinking of having one wall in the dining area as inchyra blue.

A really soft lavender colour is lovely, I have it in my bathroom

I’m about to paint mine Pea Green by Little Greene - quite a soft green but definitely green not greyish or neutral. I feel like a bit of colour in there but didn’t want it dark.

I do know someone with a very dark aubergine windowless loo, it works quite well although does feel quite small (but then it is quite small!)

I'd go dark and embrace it

We went dark

I don't have the courage to go so bold anywhere else.

If the rest of your house is neutral it needs to tie in but I’d definitely do something a bit bold. We have Joa’s White pretty much everywhere but went for a bold wallpaper design in an almost tangerine as the main colour. I love it has a bit mire personality but doesn’t jar with the rest of our neutral house!
