Centre lights in a new build

I have a new build flat with centre lights in the Lounge area. All the lights that I like are too low for my very tall boyfriend. Does anyone have any suggestions of any modern fittings that could look good.

Google flush or semi-flush ceiling lights for the kind that don’t hang low.
