Linda Barker's house for sale. What do you think?

It's "set" to within an inch of it's life and any hint of personally removed but what do you think? I don't like it. The kitchen would have to go (although I love the views!) and the rooms seem a little small.

maybe a bit over priced if it's been on the market that long, so many aspects don't appeal to me either, outside looks scruffy and the filed being linked to the decking, what's that all about ?

Yes that layout of walking through the toilet room to get to the bathroom is very odd.

They should take new pictures now it summer, I'm sure the surrounds would look much nicer and the property less drab looking

I wouldn't have thought it belonged to an interior designer. It looks pretty dull and dated.

It's very ordinary. But that's her style. She's not distinctive at all. She's very mainstream. I find all that grey and those hard floors everywhere very cold and clinical. Bit depressing. I'd prefer more variety of texture and some warmer colours.
