Made.com sofas

[Linouta]

Hi everyone,

I started looking for a velvet corner chaise for our living room - in navy blue or teal and somehow I ended up liking these two leather sofas from Made.com
Vento and Luciano both in tan leather.
Anyone here has them maybe? And would you recommend Made.com?
The dimensions we need are not that common 2m60 by 1m60
Ps. I have a 9 month old so a tan sofa seems mental

Can’t comment on the sofas, but I had lengthy and exhausting dealings with made.com after I ordered a bed and they didn’t send all the parts. Initially they said they had the right parts in stock and would send them, then they had to order them which would take a few weeks and eventually they admitted that their earlier statements had been untrue and that they wouldn’t get the parts in until their next shipment of the bed came in. In total it took over 12 weeks to get the correctly sized slats for my daughter’s bed. The experience was definitely made worse by the untrue statements (ie lies) they told me earlier in the process. Really unimpressed. Unless your sofa comes in one piece and doesn’t require feet or other bits I wouldn’t touch them with a barge pole.
Oh- and they said they would compensate me with £50 - but I’m still waiting (well over a year later!!) . What a surprise!

Corner sofas I think come in two pieces plus the legs so a lot can go wrong :D
I have bought small furnishings and that was fine but this is the first time o buy furniture. Customer service not that responsive. I called to ask them about what leather they are. The guy had no clue and said he will find out and email me within the hour, no news!

Similar experience with made.com as the PP, definitely wouldn’t recommend. The customer service was appalling.

Same as pps, lousy experience with Made. Would never order anything from them again.

Have you seen the Yoko corner sofa at dfs? We have bought a sofa from them previously and were pleasantly surprised by the quality.

I am pleased with my Habitat sofas

I don't know what Habitat is like these days, but my ancient Habitat sofa has lasted for yonks, and is still good.

On the basis of my office chair, which I still like visually, yes, but on the quality and customer service, NO.
