I've heard good things about this, and want to book, but I'm aware this sort of free service all hangs on "who" you get.
Has anyone done/used this in the west london area - I'm being offered Klaudia, Sue, Ann or Jenny....
Who did you get and what did they do?? Any advice appreciated.
