I love the Hartford kitchen but no idea how much it costs or what their quality and service is like.

I have the Hartford Kitchen - it was installed 2 years ago. I absolutely love it and the quality is excellent. We went for a pale grey with a walnut Island . It was expensive and there probably are cheaper alternatives around . The fitter we had was very good so I can only speak from experience. We had a few issues with communication with the various different departments in different parts of the country giving me different stories but I understand their customer service has improved since - at the end of the day they fitted it in the timeframe required by our builders and they worked well with the builders to get the correct measurements right up to the last minute before it was built. I would recommend them but would advise you to keep in touch with them for updates - and keep the designer on board!
