Help me create a dramatic bedroom...

I've recently discovered bold colours and love the effect but really struggling to decide what to do in our bedroom so it isn't too garish but is stunning. I love the look of the new farrow and ball new colour paean black and think it would look beautiful with peignoir but no sure. FH thinks it would be too much.

Bold colours - brave! amazing :)
I would personally use paean black with more natural colours like different shades of grey maybe with a little touch of yellowish (only in details like cushions).
Then if peignoir - I would combine with blue (like stiffkey blue FB) or maybe natural colours with touch of green (like breakfast room green FB) but thats a light version of a room….
Whatever you choose remember to order samples of the pain first as every paint look different on every wall :)
