What colour to paint house exterior?

Hi, I’d love your advice on what colour to paint the exterior of this house. Asking on behalf of my sister who is in a quandary. She is thinking of possibly pale green or blue but is open to ideas. Any feedback, thoughts, tips or experience would be hugely appreciated. Thanks!!

My only advice is to be aware that what looks like a nice subtle shade in the tin, can look over-powering on a large scale.

I made that mistake when we had our exterior painted Country Cream 10 years ago. I hated it. Looked like a slab of butter. When asking for directions I used to describe it as the house on the left with the big iron gates, and people would say "oh, the yellow house?" CREAM, It's Cream!!

It's now just been re-painted in Sandtex Chalk Hill, lovely warm off-white. It's fab.😊

Also, if painting a pastel colour like blue or green, it depends on what part of the country you're in and how the light works. What looks quirky, cool or quaint in St Ives may not look as good in the middle of Manchester.

French Grey. Sandtex masonary paint is a sort of soft green colour, really nice.
