Air wick FreshMatic? How????

How does it work? I've had them two weeks now. The batteries are in correct. It's on. I've looked on google and it say something about moving the red arm. Any ideas xx

Lift the red arm up as far it will go (clockwise). Insert can of air freshener. The black nozzle should be pointing to the front and you should be able to see the tip of the black nozzle when the machine is closed.
Also check if there is a security cover on the batteries - it can be a small piece of plastic which is used to stop the connection and is often used to stop people constantly using the machine in the shop before they have paid for it.

My nozzle is white. What is the red arm? Have you tried switching it to off and back on again?

Are the batteries definitely in the right way? Bottom one with + to the right, top with + to the left (when looking at it with nozzle facing you)
