Considering having our floors and carpets in our flat replaced. Flat was built in 2007 so shouldn't unearth any issues (I would hope!).
Options I have seen are Carpetright (or equivalent), going with a local independent place (London Borough of Greenwich if anyone has any recs), or employing a contractor and ordering bits online.
