Craig & Rose Paint

Hi, I love Farrow & Ball and Fired Earth chalky paints. However I couldn't find the exact colour I wanted. Craig & Rose's Payne's Grey is perfect but I have never used Craig and Rose paint before. How does it compare with the other two I have mentioned? Many thanks, Emma

I have used it in a couple of rooms (Moonstone grey) and I think it is the same quality as F & B.

I have used it as well, nice quality & found it easier to work with/cover than F&B.

My entire house is Craig & Rose. It goes on well and I love their colours. I wouldn’t pay F&B prices.

I’ve used Craig and Rose Whiting, Viewforth and Craftsman White, all excellent. I recently tried to repaint my bedroom in Dulux trade and it was such a pain in the arse compared to C&R I gave up and swapped back. Lovely deep chalky finish plus I like that they’re an old Scottish company
