..who has ever wanted a matching lotion and soap dispenser and for them not to cost a fortune???

I can't figure it out, I can get clear soap dispensers I guess - but then I'll always have to buy soaps and creams to fit the colour scheme or it'll annoy me

I found these ones with tags, but they have terrible reviews.

I've seen some with stickers, but again normally clear, or not the colours I'm hoping for

I think I'm being dumb here, surely theres another option?

Yes, use bars of soap. They are environmentally friendly, don't (usually) come in plastic, last longer and work out much cheaper, and are better for your skin.

This sounds like a TK Maxx job?

PepsiPeach · 13/04/2019 21:13

You can buy these everywhere!
Next, dunelm, the range, most supermarket homeware, tkmaxx, M&S, maison du monde.

Jon65 I feel like a communal bar of soap isn't for me. However I can buy bigger bottles this way and refill my bathroom dispensers, and I make sure I recycle the bottles etc!

I've tried 2 tx maxx so far but it's luck of the drawer isn't it! And pepsipeach I swear to god I've not seen them in any of the places you say - except Maison du monde which I didn't think of, I'll have a look there!

I never understood this. But you can get some nice disposable one from True Grace (in white) or try Ikea. I saw some nice dark grey ceramic ones on there recently.

I think I didn't explain myself properly

I'm looking for a set of hand wash and soap dispensers.

If you buy opaque ones - how will anyone know which is which

If you buy transparent ones you need to make sure the product inside isn't any fancy colours that don't match the bathroom colour scheme.

Where have you actually looked? Most homeware shops sell them. I bought some lovely grey ones from Next recently. They have many in stock still.

I'm not sure what you mean by a set of hand wash and soap dispensers. Hand wash and soap are the same thing. They aren't usually sold in sets because you essentially don't need two of the same thing .

You mean the sets of 2 bottles where one is for liquid soap and the other for hand lotion?

I don't think it's really a problem. Put it to the side of the sink, and have the soap one on the sink side. People will automatically try the one nearest the sink first. Literally the worst that can happen is someone takes a small squirt of lotion before they find the soap.

PazRaz10 · 17/04/2019 16:54

I'm not sure I understand the question. You don't want them clear, but you don't want them a solid colour?
And does anyone really fuss over whether the colour of the handwash matches the bathroom?? Blimey!
