Roman blinds in bay window

This is a photo of my bedroom which we have just finished decorating. Just curtains, carpet and lighting to go!

So I think I have chosen roman blinds in this harlequin fabric but should I go for one long blind on the outside of the bay, finishing at the top of the window seat, or would it be better to have 4 recessed blinds?

Four recessed blinds

Recessed blinds definitely

I love bay windows but they are such a pain in the arse when it comes to curtains. I’d go with recessed blinds but I don’t know if it might look too busy in that fabric

Four otherwise you will lose your lovely window

Thanks all. I was worried you would say that as it just doubles the coat. As it's my bedroom I do want it a bit special though so I'll go recessed.

I was also wondering whether the chosen fabric was too lively. My other option was Acanthus by Designers Guild. I'll post a pic in a second.

You can't see it in the picture, but one of the walls is Hague blue so this would fit in with that.

This one is second option. Fits in better with the view of the hills.
