Have spent the afternoon wallpapering one of the walls in our living room, paper is lovely, matched perfectly, but each seam is visible as it looks darker than the rest of the paper.
The wall behind is lighter so definitely not gaps, and definitely not overlap. All have been rolled carefully.
DH thinks it’s just because they are wet with the paste and it will settle as they dry??
Anyone have any experience of this? Is he right?
