Which tradesperson/people do I need for this please?

Very rarely had work done, so please excuse my ignorance/naivety.

We want to take off the anaglypta that is below the dado rail on our hall stairs and landing, have the whole area redecorated (the gloss on the skirting boards looks very thick indeed and it is not smooth, the gloss on the dado rails is flaky).

We also want to put underfloor heating in the hall.

And we want to put wood/engineered wood flooring in the hall (and also in the rooms off the hall) and carpet the stairs and landing.

What order does this all happen in please and who would do it?

1. strip the anaglypta off and either paint and fill the walls or re plaster
2. sand the skirting but don’t paint until after the floor is fitted or if the walls need plastering, perhaps rip the skirting off and replace
3. fit flooring and select a flooring that will work with either electric or gas underfloor heating, perhaps Karndean or Amtico
4. paint or re fit skirting boards
