What tradesperson do I need for this job?

First time homeowner so please forgive my ignorance.

In our current bathroom, we have a shower over the bath which doesn't heat up properly. Then, in the master bedroom, there's a random working shower actually in the room, along with a sink.

My plan is to get the main bathroom sorted with a working shower, then have the shower and sink taken out of the bedroom, and have a built in cupboard/wardrobe put in their place.

Obviously I need a bathroom fitter for the main bathroom, but will they also take the bathroom furniture out of the bedroom, and what kind of tradesperson do I need to build the cupboards? Is it a builder?

Reading this back, I clearly have no idea! Grin

You'd need a plumber and a carpenter.

Depends if you are getting the bathroom fitted by someone who does it all. Plumber/tiles/flooring etc. They would at least be able to remove the plumbing from the bedroom.

Then get s carpenter to build your cupboard.

You need a plumber to fix the main bathroom and to remove the shower etc. from the bedroom. Then you’ll need a joiner/carpenter for the cupboards/wardrobe.
