I really need to do up my flat and what needs doing is varied. I have practically given up as I can not find anyone who can do the work - have been let down several times, builders not wanting to quote including expressing difficulty around fitting a new sink, refusal to regrout for some reason, overquoting. How do you manage to find one or two people who can do a range of work? Its so frustrating. I have tried rated people, local ads, local facebook page.. easier to move.. (well maybe not) . Anyone finding the same in London
