Low cost sofa

I’m looking for as sofa as extra seating fit lounge. Was hoping for a local Facebook group one but there are none, typically. Anyone seen any bargains? Doesn’t need to be amazing as I plan to change my main ones for larger ones at which point we will get rid so maybe 2 years tops?

A sofa. For, not fit sorry!!

Are there any charity shops that do furniture near you? We have Oxfam, BHF and Emmaus which all have furniture shops. This time of year, people's new sofas bought in the sales are starting to arrive, and the charities that collect them are uber-busy so there should be a good churn in the shops. I bet they would deliver for a small donation too.

Ebay. If you're willing to put in the time you can get some near brand new sofas for very low prices. I then use a man with a van to collect, we have a regular one now but originally found him on Shiply.

Ooh that’s a good tip too. How do I find such eBay items? I got a desk for my son today at Emmaus and found a sofa which actually matches ours for £65 but was too low and saggy. I could hardly get up off it otherwise that would have been marvellous
