Dining room feature wall colour?

We’re about to start decorating our dining room.. it’s a large room with high ceilings and a big bay window, so lots of natural light.

We’ve picked out a black-brown dining table with matching chairs, and have ordered a sideboard in the same colour.

We want to do a feature wall where the original fireplace is, but we’re struggling to decide on a colour for this wall! Most of the rooms in our house follow a similar pattern, with one feature wall and the rest a more neutral colour. Colours used so far are navy and various shades of grey (very boring I know but we seriously struggle with interior design ).

So, does anybody have any suggestions/thoughts?

It’s a very long room!

Red, white and grey looks lovely together and would look lovely with dark brown furniture. Also, my living room feature wall is three large horizontal stripes of mint green, purple and grey with the other walls a light grey, It gets a lot of complements from guests and looks good imo x

Inchyra Blue would look good.

In my dining room I have a green wall, my lounge is the same as insancerre
