Looking for opinions/inspiration as I am a dreadful ditherer with paint colours. We have a kitchen linked to a living area - not quite open plan but divided by a half wall IYSWIM. Have just done the kitchen (cream units, black marble tops) with F And B hardwick white and am pleased with this. Now need to do the living area. We have a bright teal sofa (not duck egg teal), not intending to change this. I'd like a lighter colour in here as I think hardwick white again would be too much. Is cornforth white too white? Any other suggestions ?- doesn't have to be F and B. All tips gratefully received!

I have a living room in cornforth white with quite bright blue sofas. It isn't too white at all, clearly grey. I'm happy with it.

Thank you - will give it a go Smile

Cornforth White is grey. Not white at all.

Your room sounds very similar to mine, currently it is a pale green (lime Regis I think but I don't know what brand) but we've just ordered a navy sofa and I'm dithering terribly about paint colours.
Currently I have F&B-alikes in mizzle, Cromarty, Teresa's green (actually quite blue) and cooking apple green.
Teresa's green is currently winning but I'm still not sure I love it
