I've finally got around to using lamps for a nicer ambient light around the house and I have them on timer plugs which is really convenient.
However, in more than one instance, the socket is behind furniture meaning that I can't fit the timer with the lamp plugged into it in the space available as it's is then double he depth of a plug. Is there a solution to this apart from using an extension cable?
