Anyone recommend the "Argos Home Ava Compact sofa" ?

Bit strapped for cash and need live room sofa. Anyone recommend this? Or would you choose something else for similar price range?

Have you looked on gumtree etc? I'm not sure I trust argos furniture, I've bought a couple of furniture bits from there in my time and they've been a bit crap. Not a sofa though.

Thanks for the reply. Maybe its just me but i don't really feel comfortable buying used furniture. Would ideally like to buy new

Don't know about Argos... But I got this sofa for about same price and it's my favourite ever. Three seater £325 if the two is too wee worth a look?

I've seen the ektorp. It's too curvy for my taste i prefer straight lines. Its definitely highly regarded i know this, so my opinion may not be the general consensus :)

I haven't had that one but we did buy a three piece suite from Argos when we first moved and didn't have lots of money. It was absolutely fine, wasn't top quality but comfy and looked good in our new house.
