Bunk beds / high sleeper

Dd 9 really wanted a high sleeper with a desk and pull out sofa bed underneath but our ceilings are little low so it would be doable but I'm worried that in a year or two it would be a problem.

I've been looking at bunk beds which mean we get an extra bed when needed and Dd gets the high-sleeper feeling. Would like one where she could make the bottom one a cosy nook and where headspace between the two bunks isn't an issue. Found one, the Parisot higher bunk which has shelves on both bunks which sound good but then you couldn't put cushions up against the wall and have a nice cosy sitting area. Not too many of the sites seem show the height between the bunks.

Anyone got a Parisot higher bunk/ sturdy wooden bunk bed where an adult could sit comfortably on the lower bunk without worrying about hitting your head?

This one says it's 140cm height under bunk. I'm 160cm tall so I would have thought an adult could comfortably sit under it.

Do you have very high ceilings? If not I don't prioritise making sure the top bunk is low enough for her to sit up comfortably. It's horrible not being able to sit up in bed and kills your neck when changing the sheets.

Another option might be a high sleeper chosen to give her head room in her bunk, and build the nook from a low futon or similar. So you'd have sleeping space and head room in both, and the compromise would be having to go "down" a bit to the nook.

Sorry, *I would prioritise making sure the top bunk...
